We have been in the Real Estate rental market here in the Windy City for years and host a few rentals for those that also love traveling for vacation or work. What are your check in and check out times?

Check in is at 4pm and Check out is at 11am.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a Strict cancellation policy. To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in If they cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, you’ll be paid 50% for all nights If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 50% for all nights If they cancel after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights

What amenities do you provide in your rentals?

Our homes stays provide full amenities, such as High speed WiFI, office desk, Air conditioning/Heating, fully equipped kitchen, and in-unit laundry facilities. Feel free to review the property description under each property!

Do you allow parties or large gatherings in your homes?

No. It is strictly prohibited to have parties or large gatherings. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am everyday. Please review our house rules for each property listed.

Do you allow pets?

We do allow small dogs. There is a one time pet fee that would cover additional cleaning.

Is there parking on-site?

Some of our properties offer on-site parking spot. Please refer to each property for more detail.

James’ condo was exactly as described, beautiful renovation and smelled really good! No problems walking around the neighborhood or to the nearby Midway Plaisance and Washington Park for my morning walk. Most notably it is a residential neighborhood where everyone just seems to be going along with their everyday. It is a fairly easy commute to city center, but really anything one would need to stay close to the condo is within the vicinity. ~ Modern Apt Near U of Chicago!

Excellent proximity to the city—our Ubers were less than 10 minutes to get to a number of restaurants in downtown Chicago. Great & responsive host!
